How Mindfulness Deepens Self-Love

Self-love is not a one-time event; it is a daily practice. Mindfulness helps you notice self-critical thoughts and respond with compassion instead of judgment.

A 2014 meta-analysis in Mindfulness journal showed that regular mindfulness practice leads to greater self-compassion, less rumination, and improved well-being.

When you treat yourself with kindness, your empathy for others grows. Loving yourself does not make you selfish. It makes you more available for genuine connection and care.
