I’ve learned to leave a place for a Gremlin to enter any Yoga class, workshop, or video talk or meeting I lead. One never knows when they’ll show up, and Gremlins need space too.
When I conceived, planned and launched the Strong Bones, Strong Muscles, Calm Nervous System at Any Age Substack Live series, I knew I wanted Candy Price and Tess Jewell-Larsen . But I forgot to leave a place for a Gremlin.
Not waiting for an invitation, one joined us today. They must have been impressed with our first two streams. Today a Gremlin not only joined us, but took over.
Fortunately, my mindfulness practice is strong enough that I used my One Shift Solution Method and was able to ride the wave of the moment without a crash landing.
